In a presentation released for shareholders, THOR Industries shares some insight into their company's operations that contains forward-looking statements. They are qualified to meet SEC requirements.

THOR operates within two markets - RVs and Buses. According to the report, they are the only company profitable every year since inception and operate with zero debt. They are the largest RV manufacturer in revenue and units, and most profitable in the industry.

The Company was founded in 1980 with initial IPO issued in 1984. Today, THOR has captured a 28% market share in RV sales - which accounts for 84% of their business, buses being the remaining.

Their research indicates that the towable sector - including park models, fifth wheels and travel trailers are the fastest growing and most stable RV segment at 67% of their business model.

With the market conditions, THOR has positioned itself for the future by streamlining operations through consolidation. Of major importance, they have hired a Director of Process Improvement to continue emphasis on "Lean Enterprise" - a methodology of managing quality, used by top corporations world-wide.

In addition, the report continues that has formed ThorCredit and increased investment in new product development.

Beyond the positive outlook, THOR acknowledges the industry economic conditions and is committed to warranty support and honoring repurchase agreements.

For the 12 months ending 12/31/08, Statistical Surveys shows THOR with a market share of 28.5% - twice that of its closest competitor - with sales of 59,356 unit registrations.

With recent companies being heavily scrutinized, THOR goes out of their way to indicate that their compensation plans are performance based with no excessive executive compensation or golden parachutes.

For the first four months of 2009, the company claims their motor home share has grown and put them in a tie for the number one position.
